1. Special Note: Regarding the Collection and Uploading of Your Account Information
If you register or log in using third-party accounts such as Google, Facebook, or Apple, we will upload your primary account data (including email information) to our servers. The main purpose of this is to ensure that you can successfully create and log into your account, and to restore previous data and usage records when you log in with the account again. We will not process your account data for any other purposes. If you have any questions or requests for data deletion, please contact support@hifun.chat.
2. Special Note: Regarding the Third-Party SDK-Adjust SDK integrated on August 1, 2024
Adjust is a third-party platform that helps us analyze data. We share some user information collected through the SDK with this platform, including device information, account information, application activity information within HiFun, and payment information. The main purpose of integrating the Adjust SDK is to analyze user data to optimize product experience better and evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. 3. Personal Information We Collect
To provide you with the Service, we need to collect, store, and use the following personal information:
Personal Information You Provide to Us
Account Registration and LoginWhen you register an account to use the Services, we need to collect your personal information, including your phone number and registration verification code. If you register using a third-party account (such as Facebook or Apple, hereinafter referred to as "Third-Party Account") or bind your Third-Party Account with the Service account, we may collect your Third-Party Account information.
User Profile InformationTo create your user profile, you need to fill in or voluntarily provide your personal information, such as your name or nickname, profile picture, gender, date of birth or age, nationality, personal tags, and educational information.
Payment InformationTo complete the payment for the Services you order, we may process the information you provide to us, such as your payment account, payment channels, payment information, and third-party payment service providers.
Content Publishing/User InteractionWhen you create, provide, publicly upload or publish content, or engage in live streaming while using the Services, we may collect the images, audio, or other forms of content you publish, as well as the questions and feedback you provide to other users. When you interact with other users, you may also generate information (e.g., your activity information in voice rooms, chat records, interaction information with other users' published content). You acknowledge and agree that the above information generated during your use of our Services may be viewed by other users and should not be considered private information. Please avoid publishing any personally identifiable information or sensitive, private information when publishing, live streaming, and interacting with the above-mentioned information.
Personal Information We Collect
Behavioral InformationWe may collect and process behavioral information generated during your use of the Services, such as records of broadcasters you follow, user lists, and information about users you interact with. We may also collect and process your subscription or payment information (including transaction records, transaction amounts, subscription history and details, and your diamond consumption information and balance).
Geolocation InformationWhen you use location-based services, we need to collect your approximate geolocation. We may collect your GPS location information, and if required by applicable law, we will collect it with your authorization.
Device InformationWhen you use our Services, we will collect your device and specific technical data, including device identifiers (such as OAID, IMSI, SN, IMEI, Android ID, IDFA, IDFV, OPENUDID, GUID, MAC address), device model, resolution, language, country, software version information, network information (such as IP address, SSID, BSSID, carrier information, network connection type), and log information (such as click records, operation logs, usage and interaction records).
CookiesWe use Cookies and other similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, log files, scripts, and e-tags, hereinafter referred to as "Cookies") to enhance your service experience on our website. Some of our third-party partners may also use Cookies when you use the Services. Cookies are small files placed on your device to enable us to provide specific functions. In certain cases, you have the right to allow Cookies to operate or later disable them. You can accept all Cookies, control their operation on your device or browser, or reject all Cookies by adjusting the corresponding settings on your device. However, rejecting cookies may cause the Services to not function properly.

Third-Party LoginIf you log in to HiFun using a Third-Party Account, we may collect information related to the Services from that Third-Party Account (e.g., your account avatar and nickname on the third-party platform).
4. How We Use Personal Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
To Perform AgreementsBased on the agreements we sign with you, we may use your personal information for the following purposes to fulfill the agreements:
Contact you in a timely manner;
Enable and set up your service account;
Provide you with services, such as audio live streaming services, and calendar reminder functions;
Provide you with location-based services;
Enhance service friendliness, such as personalized recommendations to push content that may interest you;
Process your requests, including fulfilling our service-related obligations;
Provide you with social services, such as enabling social interactions with other users through the Services;
Complete specific service payments and corresponding transactions;
Review whether user-published content and other related data violate our terms, policies, and guidelines to protect user rights;
Identify and resolve technical vulnerabilities;
Handle and resolve inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback;
Other operational purposes related to the above.
To Fulfill Legal ObligationsTo protect the interests of users and the public, we may use user personal information as required by applicable laws for the detection, identification, and prevention of user-published content that contains insults, fraud, illegal or criminal activities, or other inappropriate content.
Legitimate InterestsAs permitted by applicable laws, we may use user personal information for the following purposes to provide better services to users and protect our legitimate interests:
Operate, maintain, and improve services, such as data analysis to ensure service security;
Perform statistical analysis on service usage;
Synchronize information about service updates, upgrades, and improvements with users;
Assist in product and service upgrades;
Verify your identity, such as processing your requests under Article 7, User Rights;
Take reasonable and necessary technical measures to protect user personal information.
In addition to the above situations, we may also process user personal information for other purposes with user knowledge or additional consent. In the event of termination or changes to an agreement we signed with users, we will continue to process user information for a reasonable period (as applicable, for the specific period required by law).
5. How We May Share, Transfer, and Disclose Personal Information
SuppliersAs permitted by applicable laws, we may need to share your personal information with suppliers that provide service support, such as cloud service providers, payment service providers, or telecommunications service providers.
Legal Requirements or Fulfillment of Legal ObligationsIf required by law or if we have reasonable and legitimate reasons to believe that we need to provide user personal information to law enforcement agencies, public authorities, or other similar agencies, we may provide user personal information for the following purposes:
To fulfill legal obligations, legal procedures, or legal claims;
To investigate violations of agreements, policies, or guidelines;
To identify or prevent insults, fraud, illegal or criminal activities;
To protect public interests, user rights and safety, and the legitimate and legal interests of our company and third-party partners as required or permitted by law.
Group CompaniesWe may share user personal information with affiliated companies or subsidiaries under the same group that provide services.
Mergers and AcquisitionsIn the event of mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or similar transactions (e.g., bankruptcy liquidation), user personal information may be disclosed to the relevant third parties as part of the transaction assets.
**6. How We Store and Protect Personal
Information**
We will store user personal information in Singapore. We will take all reasonable and necessary measures to ensure the security of user personal information, including establishing reasonable institutional norms and security technologies to prevent unauthorized access, use, modification, and damage or loss of data containing personal information. We will always maintain the security control level required by applicable laws and regulations. However, any transaction carries risks, and no preventive measure can guarantee absolute safety. We cannot guarantee that there is no risk to user personal information when using the Services.
Except as required by specific laws for longer storage, we will store user personal information for the duration of providing the Services or fulfilling the agreements. Unless required by specific laws or legal and valid law enforcement agencies, we will immediately stop storing user personal information or process user personal information by anonymization after the storage period expires.
7. Cross-Border Data Transfer
Please be aware that the user personal information we collect may be transferred across borders and stored in other countries (e.g., Singapore) where the level of personal information protection may differ from that of the user's home country. We will take all necessary and reasonable measures to ensure that we process personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements, providing a level of protection that meets the legal requirements of the user's home country. When required by law in the user's home country, we will sign a cross-border data transfer standard contract with the user. Regarding cross-border data transfers, where required by applicable law, you hereby consent to the above cross-border transfer of data. We may also obtain your consent separately.
8. Protection of Minors
Please understand that the Services are not intended for minors (i.e., under 18 years of age or under other age limits set by applicable laws). If you are a minor, please do not use the services. If we discover that we may have collected personal information from minors, we will delete the corresponding minor's personal information.
If you believe that your minor child has provided us with personal information, please contact us as specified in Article 9. In some cases, we may require you to provide additional verification information, such as proof of the child's date of birth.
9. User Rights
According to applicable laws, you have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as:
(1) Where technically feasible and permitted by applicable laws, the right to confirm whether we are processing your personal information and to request that we provide you with a copy of the personal information we have collected in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
(2) The right to modify and update information. You can modify the personal information you have filled in or provided while using the Services;
(3) The right to delete information, that is, based on your actual usage, to request that we partially or entirely delete user personal information.
You have the right to withdraw the authorization for personal information we collect based on your consent at any time. Please note that after you withdraw authorization, we may continue to collect your personal information if required by law. In addition, if you withdraw authorization, we may not be able to provide you with specific services or functions.
To exercise your rights, you can send an email to support@hifun.chat. To protect your personal privacy, we will verify your user identity by requesting additional information or documents before processing your request.
Account Deletion
If you no longer wish to use HiFun or if you withdraw your consent to HiFun's processing of your personal information which is necessary for us to provide HiFun, you may choose to delete your entire HiFun's account by the following steps:
Open HiFun
Tap Settings>Account and Safety>Delete account
Click "Request deletion" or "Think again"
[Note:Please review the"Notice to users"before you click. You will have 7 days to withdraw your account deletion once you click the "Request deletion" and "Delete account", if you log in again within this time period it is considered that you have canceled your application of deletion. After this your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.To delete your account means that it will delete your content access to identify and account information, all gold coins and diamonds, transaction history, friends/chat heat/chat history on HiFun.]
However, the withdrawal of your consent will not in any way affect the lawfulness of our processing of your Personal Data based on your consent that was given before the foregoing withdrawal.
10. Notifications and Revisions
We may modify or update the Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to the Privacy Policy that we believe will materially change your rights, we will notify you by posting an announcement. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy regularly and consider that you are aware of and understand the Privacy Policy and its corresponding updates before using the Services.
