Important Notice

Welcome to the HiFun Automatic Renewal Payment Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Automatic Renewal Service" or "this Service"). To protect the rights of users (hereinafter also referred to as "you"), please read this "HiFun Automatic Renewal Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") in its entirety, especially the sections in bold, before using this Service.

Unless you have read and agreed to all the contents of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use this Service. By purchasing or using this Service, you agree to enter into this Agreement with the HiFun Platform and voluntarily accept all its terms.

Article 1: Acceptance and Amendment of This Agreement

1.1 The contents of this Agreement include the main body of the Agreement, the "HiFun User Service Agreement," the "HiFun Privacy Policy," the "HiFun Membership Service Agreement," and various rules that the HiFun Platform has issued or may issue/update in the future (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Related Service Rules"). The Related Service Rules are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the main body of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the main body of this Agreement and the aforementioned rules, the main body of this Agreement shall prevail. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, your use of the Automatic Renewal Service is subject to this Agreement.

1.2 If this Agreement and Related Service Rules are revised due to business development needs, the revised terms will be published on the HiFun Platform. You can review the latest agreement terms on the platform. If you do not accept the revised terms after the platform has modified them, you may choose to terminate the use of the Automatic Renewal Service. Continuing to use this Service will be deemed as acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Article 2: Service Description

2.1 This Service is designed to meet your need for automatic renewal, ensuring that you do not suffer losses due to failure to renew your membership on time due to negligence or other reasons. The automatic renewal service periods include, but are not limited to, 1 month, 3 months, 12 months, etc. The service fees vary depending on the renewal service period, and you can choose according to the service periods displayed on the HiFun Platform. After you have activated this Service, you authorize the HiFun Platform to deduct the service fees for the next billing cycle from the third-party payment account bound to your HiFun account when the service period of 1 month, 3 months, 12 months, etc. (depending on the type of automatic renewal you have activated) is about to expire, either by itself or through a third-party payment channel.

2.2 **Automatic Renewal**: The HiFun Platform, either by itself or through a third-party payment channel, will collect the fees for the next billing cycle of the paid service from the account mentioned in Article 2.1 and record the amount in the payment history, while simultaneously extending the validity period of the paid service. You must ensure that the HiFun Platform can successfully deduct the payment either by itself or through a third-party payment channel from the account mentioned above. If the renewal fails due to insufficient funds in the account, you will bear the responsibility (including but not limited to the termination of related rights, inability to participate in relevant activities, etc.).

2.3 By choosing to use a third-party payment channel to enjoy this Service, you are deemed to agree that the HiFun Platform will issue a debit instruction to the third-party payment channel on your behalf and agree that the third-party payment channel can deduct the service fees for the next billing cycle from the account mentioned above according to the debit instruction issued by the HiFun Platform without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code, etc. Using a third-party payment channel may incur third-party service fees, the specific amount of which will be displayed when you activate the service.

Article 3: Rules for Using the Automatic Renewal Service

3.1 The HiFun Platform will send you an automatic renewal reminder via [in-site messages] or other means before the expiration of the HiFun membership automatic renewal service you have selected and will provide you with a method to inquire about the specific charges for the automatic renewal.

3.2 If an error occurs during the deduction process, the HiFun Platform and you should cooperate closely to identify the cause. Each party shall bear the losses caused by their respective faults; if the loss is caused by unequal faults of both parties, the parties shall bear the corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault; if both parties are equally at fault, the responsibility shall be shared equally.

3.3 This Service is optional, and if you do not cancel the automatic renewal service at least 24 hours before the end of each membership period, it will be deemed that you agree to the HiFun Platform attempting to deduct the payment according to this Agreement. Once the deduction is successful, HiFun will activate the membership service for the next billing period. The HiFun Platform particularly reminds you: Based on this Service, once the relevant fees are deducted according to the payment method selected when you activated the automatic renewal service, it will be deemed that you have chosen to subscribe to the HiFun Platform's automatic renewal service, and the HiFun Platform will not refund any fees you have paid in any way.

3.4 If the price of HiFun services is adjusted before the automatic renewal date, the HiFun Platform will publicize the changes on the relevant page before the deduction and will deduct according to the current valid price.

3.5 The HiFun Platform does not charge any handling fees for activating this Service, but the HiFun Platform reserves the right to decide whether to charge fees or adjust the automatic renewal period and fees based on business needs or market changes and will announce such changes on the relevant page.

3.6 The Service provided by the HiFun Platform is only for use on the HiFun Platform. Any payments made outside the HiFun Platform or any attempts to circumvent the renewal by malicious cracking or other illegal means to use the paid membership service constitute a violation of this Agreement. All legal consequences arising from such actions shall be the responsibility of the perpetrator, and the HiFun Platform will pursue legal responsibility according to the law.

Article 4: Service Suspension, Interruption, and Termination

4.1 Unless otherwise notified or announced by the HiFun Platform, this Service will remain valid for a long time. This Agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance or use of this Service and will terminate when you terminate this Service or cancel your paid membership qualification.

4.2 In any of the following circumstances, the HiFun Platform has the right to immediately terminate the provision of services to you without bearing any responsibility to you or any third party:

(1) It is confirmed by a valid legal document issued by a national administrative or judicial authority that you have engaged in illegal, infringing, or wrongful acts, or the HiFun Platform, based on its judgment, believes that your behavior is suspected of violating the content of this Agreement, the usage rules published by the HiFun Platform from time to time, or the provisions of laws, regulations, and policies;

(2) Your behavior interferes with the normal operation of any part or function of the HiFun Platform;

(3) The HiFun Platform considers providing this Service to you to be a significant risk.

4.3 The HiFun Platform may choose to suspend, interrupt, or terminate this Service due to its own business decisions or other reasons. In the event of such circumstances, the HiFun Platform will notify you in the form of an announcement.

4.4 You have the right to terminate this Service at any time, following the procedures below:

After completing the above procedures, the HiFun Platform will stop providing this Service to you.

4.5 The debit instructions you authorized the HiFun Platform to carry out before choosing to terminate this Service will remain valid, and once the deduction is successful, it will not be refunded, and the next billing cycle service will be activated for you.

Article 5: Other Provisions

5.1 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from the signing or performance of this Agreement, the parties shall attempt to resolve it amicably through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the People's Court with jurisdiction over the defendant's domicile.

5.2 The failure of the HiFun Platform to exercise, or timely exercise, or fully exercise any rights under this Agreement or according to the law shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights, nor shall it affect the HiFun Platform's right to exercise such rights in the future.
